A captivating and romantic autumnal fragrance. Perfect for sophisticated, mysterious moods. A seductive and luxurious scent of Regency old world-elegance. Long-lasting sweet yet smoky aroma. Top notes of pimento, dried fruit, and tobacco leaf. Heart notes of saffron, clove, and cedarwood. Base notes of patchouli, oakwood, and vanilla.
Presented in a beautiful amber glass container adorned with a hand crafted embossed pewter decal. Our candles are made using sustainable vegan friendly vegetable wax, fine fragrance oils and unbleached cotton wicks.

Fox & Flame candles all have the most wonderfully complex and unusual scents, my usual scented candle from them is now no longer available, so I decided to try this one instead. I absolutely adore vanilla so anything with vanilla in the name goes straight into my basket. But Vanilla Embers is not the usual cupcake sweet vanilla candle, but is an intriguingly multi layered spicy scent with clove, deep resinous woods from the oak and cedar notes, and then the slightly smoky vanilla note coming through from the tobacco leaf….elegantly autumnal with good projection. A new favourite, although I’m sure all the carefully constructed scents from Fox & Flame are amazing. I’m rather hoping they will possibly introduce a rose scent to add their already quite lovely range.
