We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt, please be aware that we do not consider Saturday and Sunday to be working days.
Our delivery partners may require you to sign for your delivery. Some delivery partners may leave your order in a safe place if you are not at home when they attempt to deliver. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
When we despatch your order we will send you tracking information (if applicable). If you do not automatically receive tracking information you can request it by using the Contact Us area on our website.
If your item gets damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. You can email us at hello@foxandflame.co.uk - please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item(s).
Store Pickup
Free local store pickup is available from Fox Hair Design, 45 High Street Barwell, LE9 8DS.
Local store pickup days and times may be advised during the checkout process. It is kindly requested that you collect your order at your selected pickup date and time.
